KELLER, SCHLEICHER AND MacWILLIAM ENGINEERING AND TESTING, INC. is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida; qualified to do business by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation.

Company History

The Company was founded by the three principals in May 1990, each of who has lived in the local area for several years, to deliver fast, quality, cost-effective engineering and soil work for businesses located on the Treasure Coast and surrounding areas. The company's work production is primarily concentrated in geotechnical and construction materials testing, structural engineering and threshold inspections.

Principals

Ronald G. Keller, PE - Mr. Keller is certified by the State of Florida as a Registered Professional Engineer, as a Threshold Building Inspector and as a Licensed General Contractor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. Mr. Keller has over 35 years experience in the Civil / Structural Engineering and Construction Industry.

Terry L. Schleicher - Mr. Schleicher graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Schleicher has several years field experience in the Construction industry, three years as a Project Engineer for another engineering and testing firm plus 18 years working with KSM Engineering and Testing.

E.S. MacWilliam - Mr. MacWilliam is a Certified "American Concrete Institute" Technician. Mr. MacWilliam has 30 years experience in the local construction industry of which the last twenty years has been concentrated in soils and construction materials testing.

Julie E. Keller, PE - Ms. Keller is certified by the State of Florida as a Registered Professional Engineer. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Central Florida. Ms. Keller has over 12 years experience in the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry.
