COMPANY HISTORY:
The Company was founded by the three principals, in May 1990 each of who has lived in the local area for several years, to deliver fast, quality, cost-effective engineering and soil work for businesses located on the Treasure Coast. The company's work production is primarily concentrated in Geotechnical and construction materials testing, structural engineering and threshold inspections.

OVERVIEW OF QUALIFICATIONS OF PRINCIPALS:
Mr. Keller is certified by the State of Florida as a Registered Professional Engineer, as a Threshold Building Inspector and as a Licensed General Contractor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.

Ms. Keller is certified by the State of Florida as a Registered Professional Engineer. She is graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Central Florida.

Mr. Schleicher graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. MacWilliam is a Certified "American Concrete Institute" Technician.

SUMMARY OF PAST WORK EXPERIENCE OF PRINCIPALS:

Mr. Keller has over 38 years experience in the Civil / Structural Engineering and Construction Industry. He started his professional career in Fort Lauderdale as a Design Engineer. This work included the design of water and wastewater systems (distribution and collection) and structural design of concrete, steel and wooden structures. He left this job to work in the construction industry for 5 years as a General Contractor. Since 1983 he has worked for three engineering firms on the Treasure Coast as a design engineer on Civil/Structural projects.

Ms. Keller has worked for over 17 years in the construction/engineering field. She has had a few years experience as a construction inspector as well as several years of experience in the geotechnical engineering field. She worked 4 years for a land development company in Central Florida and therefore is very familiar with land development regulations. All her work experience has been in Florida and therefore, she is very knowledgeable with various municipalities and their regulations.

Mr. Schleicher has several years field experience in the Construction industry, three years as a Project Engineer for another engineering and testing firm plus 24 years working with KSM Engineering and Testing. This work included structural analysis and design of building and highway foundation components, soils and construction materials testing and site recommendations for proposed development.

Mr. MacWilliam has 34 years experience in the local construction industry of which the last twenty years has been concentrated in soils and construction materials testing. This work included operating a drill rig to construct standard penetration borings and construction materials testing equipment.

REMAINING EMPLOYEES:
Four secretaries and five additional engineering technicians with engineering, construction and testing experience.
